Welcome to the tropical paradise of Bali. There are wonderful beaches, warm seas, beautiful rice terraces and a charming Hindu culture that will captivate and enthral you. Nestled on the edge of Buduk, a traditional village, The Rice Terrace Villas are only about 30 mins from the main shopping and restaurant areas and 10 mins from surfing and fishing beaches.

	Two traditional designed villas large verandas giving panoramic views of the rice terraces where you can see the daily activities of the rice farmers going on. These two and three bed roomed villas, each with queen size beds and on suite garden bathrooms, have space for extra beds at no extra cost. Both villas have fully equipped kitchens.

A trip to a village market or an invite to a temple ceremony, always colourful and charming, will help give you an idea of the life of Bali. There is a fully insured free car included with the villas to make these adventures around the Island easy. (Remember to bring an international driving licence with you !) Small easy to ride motorbikes can be hired cheaply. You may have dinner with a Balinese family and go on walks around the village. All this will make your holiday an unforgettable experience.

Ketut is the eldest son of the Balinese partners in this local family enterprise business. Ketuts English is good and his knowledge of the island is very comprehensive.

Peter has lived in the region for six years and represents the Western partners in the family enterprise business. He teaches at an international school and can help with any enquiries you may have.

Ketuts family will look after you. The father tends the beautiful garden while the Mother performs the daily rituals of offering and prayers. The grown up sons and daughters are hotel trained and provide the friendly servicing, cleaning and free Laundry service.
